Appraisals
An appraisal reviews your organisation’s health and safety arrangements, primarily looking at the health and safety management system to check compliance with guidance and good practice.
The aim is to measure how well health and safety is being managed and identify areas for improvement.
A report detailing the findings and recommendations will be provided for management consideration.
Assistance Packages
Our packages are scalable from small companies to multi-national organisations, providing you with visits from a qualified and experienced health and safety practitioner who will really get to know your business.
The plan provides a competent advisor service, advisor visits, appraisals and a health and safety policy tailored to your organisation's requirements.
Director Service
This is aimed at medium to large-sized organisations, providing a non-executive director to advise and challenge the board on the adequacy and performance of corporate health and safety management, as well as legal and financial risks and liabilities relating to health and safety.
The appointment provides a Chartered Safety and Health Professional and is normally a non-executive appointment.
Advisor Service
We can help employers meet their legal duty to have access to competent help in applying health and safety law, as well as compliance with Safety Systems in Procurement (SSIP) schemes.
We keep costs to a minimum by providing an agreed core level of service to suit your organisation, with any additional services charged at a pre-agreed rate.
Fire Management Plan
Having effective fire management arrangements is a significant step towards compliance with fire safety legislation.
This starts with an assessment of the fire risks at your premises. From this, a detailed Fire Management Plan is developed identifying actions which should be taken in the event of a fire as well as arrangements to reduce the risk of fire.
Training
We provide a wide range of courses covering key aspects of health & safety in the workplace.
Courses are delivered in person at your premises (subject to suitability of facilities) or at our offices in Lincoln. Face -to-face delivery is by far the best way to ensure that training is understood by your operatives and effective for your organisation.
