From 1 October 2019, we are moving to a new accounting system and the format of our invoices will change as shown above. Invoices will continue to be sent electronically as a PDF attachment to an email..
Please also note that:
- invoices will be generated automatically.
- for clients on monthly or annual subscription plans, we will be changing the date that invoices are generated; invoice dates will be aligned with contract dates i.e. the date of the invoice will denote the start of the service period being invoiced.
- Invoice standard payment terms remain unchanged at 28 days, however automated reminders will now be issued for any overdue invoices on a weekly basis until these are paid.
